My education and background training has focused on a variety of mental health issues and concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, and substance misuse and addictions; along with various life and work stressors such as identity exploration, life transitions, career challenges and balancing work & family obligations. A typical session could include mindfulness and meditation practices, exploring thought patterns that lead to distress, developing alignment with your identified values, and increasing awareness of how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are related. I draw from a strengths-based and multi-cultural approach tailoring each session to every client.
