Life is full of uncontrollable hurdles that we sometimes cannot face alone. If you struggle to overcome those hurdles due to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low motivation, but desire to change, I am here to help. My goal, as your therapist, would be to provide the space where you can explore your emotions and build the necessary coping skills to overcome the hurdles of life. There is too much life to be lived to allow grudges, trauma, toxic relationships, or a continuous feeling of anxiety hold you back. I utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavior therapy, person-centered therapy, among others. The combination of approaches are rooted in empathy and building an understanding of my clients’ needs.
