Coming to counseling takes courage and I believe the best approach is to teach each other and work as a team. You are the one in control of your treatment. I take an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy and can incorporate several interventions and techniques based off your needs. I know therapy can be a difficult first step. It would be a privilege to cultivate your strengths to lead you to the change and meaningful life you are working towards, and I look forward forward to the opportunity to recognize and nourish your unique qualities. I have a Bachelor’s in Justice Studies and I am passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, and advocacy, and I’m an ally of the Lgbtquia+ community. I take a passion in learning about what makes you as a person. I continuously work on developing my understanding on traumas and how to work with those who have faced adversities.
