I bring nearly 20 years of experience to my individual, couple, and family therapy practice. Utilizing a systemic, holistic approach, I treat a variety of life challenges: trauma/PTSD, abuse/neglect, divorce adjustment/co-parenting, depression, anxiety, health/weight management, and phase of life difficulties. I provide a safe, supportive environment, which allows clients to discover their own healing potential. I practice a variety of intervention styles (eg. talk therapy, play therapy, mindfulness/meditation, life/health coaching), attending to the learning style of each client and ensuring that treatment goals are met. In addition to my therapy practice, I have been a divorce/custody mediator for over 10 years. I have a great deal of experience in the field of divorce adjustment and blended family issues. I am also a trained crisis response practitioner, serving our community during times of greatest need.
