Hello! My name is Samantha Boubel. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience helping children, teens, and families forge a safe place to move towards social and emotional health & wellness. I help children understand their thoughts, feelings, impulses, and needs. I help kiddos discover their strengths and grow in self-control and responsibility. I have experience in treating life changes, trauma, abuse, neglect, self-injurious behaviors, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, autism spectrum, developmental delays, school adjustment, divorce and separation, and other behavioral concerns. I also believe in having healthy and strong parents. Sometimes parents need time to heal from their own experiences. I am available for adult therapy or parenting support to help parents be the strong caregivers they are meant to be. I can help provide a deeper understanding of your child and help you discover and learn new ways to support your child. I specialize in fostering a space where emotional processes can be explored. My mission is to provide individuals, children & their families with the opportunity to build communication, improve connection, overcome fears & trust the intelligence within themselves so when it comes time to handle the hard things, they can be confident socially & emotionally.
