Hello! I’m Sophia and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I obtained my Master’s in Social Work from Boston University with a specialization is Groupwork. I have a strong passion for helping others working towards achieving desired goals as it relates to mental health, life stressors, and developing healthy coping mechanisms. My clinical orientation ranges from using Solution Focused therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, just to name a few.
