I am a fully licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience trained in professional/clinical mental health therapy and Christian counseling. I am passionate about working with people on their mental health and personal goals, walking with individuals through hard seasons of life, assisting them to find healing and joy. I work with a wide range of mental health concerns including: Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Trauma, Marriage Counseling, Self Esteem, Personal Growth and Abuse. Using a varied approach and techniques, I offer high quality therapy via video with a secure confidential HIPPA protected platform. In our work together you can expect to feel heard, respected, supported and equipped with practical skills to use in your everyday life. You do NOT need to have a faith background to work with me and, if you do, I will not replace your treatment with what your pastor can offer.
