Welcome! I am a Professional Counselor who specializes in Brainspotting (an amazing technique which helps heal from trauma) as well as Spiritually Integrated Counseling. I help people create and maintain boundaries which promotes a sense of safety. It also helps people shift their focus to their goals and priorities. I look forward to the opportunity to help you make your dreams a reality! In addition to Counseling and Brainspotting, I am also trained in Past-life Regression Therapy and Shamanic Energy healing. I believe the Spiritual component can be an important part of the healing process. Whatever your unique relationship with Divinity, it can help you clarify the meaning of life and promote a sense of connection and deeper purpose. I know that life can be challenging. It is helpful to have someone on your side helping you navigate. It's hard to see ourselves or others clearly, especially if we have trauma in our past.
