My clinical interests include working with individuals (14+) and have worked with individuals presenting with many different mental health concerns. I have particular interest in the areas of depression, anxiety, relational concerns, adjustment disorders, and individuals with persistent mental health issues. With an underlying approach of cognitive behavioral therapy, I incorporate a variety of other of clinical approaches which are strength based and consumer centered seeking practical strategies in a solution focused manner. I have found this approach effective in being able to adapt to meet the individual needs a person may bring to therapy focusing on meeting individuals where they are at. I feel honored that individuals entrust me with being a part of their process of healing believing that all individuals are very resilient.
