Everyone goes through hardships in their lives, and many face challenges that require some outside support and aid. While friends and family are a great resource, some parts of life are too personal or overwhelming to share with these people. Reaching out for help can be intimidating and I strive to provide a safe and supportive space that allows you to attain the support and aid you need. I believe that therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and holistic (mind, body, and soul). I utilize many different counseling theories in order to best serve you in your specific journey.
