Having the time and space to cultivate the life we want can be exceptionally challenging in the ever changing world that we live in today. As your coach I will offer support in - setting, implementing, and enforcing boundaries, - reaching personal, professional & relationship goals, - addressing people-pleasing habits, - identifying & developing coping skills, - hold you accountable, - and offer an empathetic, unbiased perspective. In order to serve my clients to the best of my ability I have completed my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Master Life Coach Certification, People-Pleasing Coach Certification, & 18 others. I compliment my educational experience with my own lived experience and take opportunity to share those experiences when helpful and applicable. If you or anyone you know would benefit from these services, but might have difficulty paying the full fee, please inquire about my sliding scale. Accessibility is extremely important to me, therefore I offer services from $50-$150 (for a set number of clients).
