I have always viewed my work as a therapist as an honor and privilege to walk alongside individuals, couples and families to address some of their most sensitive and intimate struggles they've experienced in life. I work with clients ranging in age from high school into late adulthood. I have extensive experience working with marital and relationship problems, infidelity, divorce issues, those who might struggle with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, family of origin issues and trauma of abuse. I also have a special heart for those who have endured medical illness. Working as a therapist is my passion. A large part of my practice is doing marital therapy. Marriages take work and it's easy to get stuck - I like to help couples get unstuck! I believe in both parties having an equal voice and I'm a proactive and engaging presence in the therapeutic process towards change. Equally important is the individual work I do - unraveling and working through past hurts, disappointments, anger and fears. This opens the door for finding peace towards living a healthier and happy life. I believe in hope - leaving struggles in the past where they belong and rebuilding and strengthening interpersonal confidence.
