Everyone deserves a safe and supportive environment that allows exploration of the true self. My goal as a therapist is to create trusting relationships where health and healing can grow. I’m passionate about facilitating self-discovery in an environment where children, adolescents, and young adults can build their social skills and strengthen their confidence. I craft positive connections in a fun and active environment through the incorporation of art, games, activities, and conversations. I have experience working with adults and helping them deal with a variety of challenges, including: anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, life transitions, stress, relationship struggles, and family trauma. My work with clients is deeply influenced by my background in direct action programs centered around community engagement.
