In my practice, I provide distance-delivered psychotherapy for clients in Alaska and Montana, with a focus on serving people in rural and remote locations. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, anger, trauma-related symptoms, relationship problems, and problems with substance use. I lived for most of my life in Bethel, Alaska. The majority of my practice involves work with people in the Y-K Delta region. I am sensitive to the region's unique strengths and challenges and familiar with its systems of care.
