It also mobilizes us into action in our attachment relationships. These strategies, the wisest responses you had for survival at that time, may not be serving you well now. Trained in clinical psychology (UK) & worked/board-endorsed as a forensic psychologist in Australia; completed postgraduate diploma/certification in clinical hypnosis. Completed Yoga & MBSR teacher training; pursued advanced couples treatment and mediation certification (USA).
