As a psychotherapist, I utilize depth psychology and psychoanalytic techniques as well as other skill building and behavioral tools to support you on your journey, and help you manage any bumps that may occur along the way. I specialize in treating general depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, cultural concerns, workplace burnout, relationship/life issues. I’d love to walk alongside individuals and couples as they embark on their own paths. I offer Individual and Couples psychotherapy, as well as Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for qualified individuals. Supporting folks to better understand who they are and reclaiming and subsequently creating their most authentic selves and lives, is a passion of mine.
