I am a 13 year military veteran who grew up in the South Bronx, first generation Puerto Rican in this country, raised by a single parent. It is these experiences that formed the foundation of my core beliefs, for better or worse. I approach my practice in the same way. The world impacts us, from the womb to the tomb. It is how we traverse the challenges that defines us. I use an eclectic mix of techniques, including solution focused, experiential, trauma informed, and cognitive behavioral, to help my clients better navigate those challenges. I pride myself on my empathy and transparency as i believe the relationship between myself and my client is paramount for change to begin.
