I am a licensed professional counselor in Atlanta, Georgia. I am passionate about working alongside children, teen, young adults, and families from diverse backgrounds as they grow and heal. I have experience working with clients who are processing trauma and grief as well as clients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, conduct disorders and clients who are processing LGBTQIA+ related struggles. I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and cognitive behavior therapy through an attachment and trauma-informed framework to facilitate change. I also integrate play and art to tailor sessions to fit each client. I have clinical experience in juvenile detention centers, outpatient settings, diversion programs and school-based therapy. I know that going to therapy takes strength and courage. It's my goal to provide a space where my clients feel comfortable to be their authentic selves and feel accepted and supported as they reach their goals.
