I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for exploration and growth. Sessions may include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, or other evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual’s unique needs. With an educational background in Clinical Social Work from Saint Louis University, I have expertise in depression, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, suicidal ideation, mood disorders, and trauma. I am dedicated to providing therapy through a collaborative and person centered approach to navigate life’s challenges. As a mental health advocate, I believe in supporting my clients through their journey towards greater emotional well-being.
