Welcome! My name is Jane Brooks and my pronouns are she/her. I am a licensed mental health therapist who is dedicated to helping clients create sustainable change in their lives. The populations I serve include: adolescents, adults, couples and families. Therapy can help you manage or reduce the impact of everyday stressors, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, systemic discrimination, trauma, and life transitions. It provides you with the space to learn new skills and build awareness of your thoughts, behaviors, and patterns. Most of all, it can help you feel more connected to yourself and the world around you. My therapeutic approach integrates interpersonal neurobiology, mindfulness, narrative therapy, family systems therapy, solution-focused therapy and art therapy. I am committed to trauma-informed care and I actively strive to create a safe therapeutic environment for LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neuro-divergent clients.
