I use evidence based therapy practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and EMDR techniques. I have experience working with individuals of all age groups, as well as with couples, and many different diagnoses including: anxiety, depression, trauma. PTSD, mood disorders, OCD and many others.
