I am passionate about working with adults and adolescents in navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem and relational concerns. I have special interest in assisting adolescents and adults work through trauma, emotional dysregulation, LGBTQIA+ related concerns, relational concerns and attachment wounds. I believe clients are experts in their own lives and know what changes they wish to make. I enjoy supporting clients in this way by helping them identify their own individual strengths.
