It can be difficult to find someone who is willing to unbiasedly listen and see life through your eyes and your relationship. I strongly believe that we are not meant to go through the ups and downs of life alone. My goal is to help as many people as I can to feel understood, seen, and accepted while instilling hope and motivation in reaching their optimal potential as a whole: mentally, physically, emotionally, and relationally. I use an integrative and person-centered approach to therapy to support adolescents, adults and couples to get through life’s difficulties.
