My experience is working with adolescents and adults encountering a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-harming behaviors, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and trauma. I strive to support clients in a welcoming and empathetic environment while empowering them to work through their challenges in order to increase their overall well-being.
