Hi! My name is Tage (like stage without the s) and my pronouns are she/they/him. I am an associate clinical mental health counselor (ACMHC) who works for Valley Behavioral Health in the Children, Youth, and Family (CYF) Outpatient clinic. I graduated with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling in June 2023 and consider myself a continuing learner. I currently work with clients age 4 and up. My areas of interest include feelings of anxiety, feelings of depression, difficulties with transitions, grief & loss, gender & sexuality, interpersonal relationships, and struggles with one's own self. My identity as a counselor leads me to help my clients by working to create a space and relationship where they feel safe, accepted, and understood. People are infinitely complex, and life is continuously challenging. It's my hope that I can be of help by providing empathy and understanding. I feel excited to work with you and your children!
