I have worked with children, adolescents, families, and adults for over 20 years. This has given me experience in school settings, both in the elementary and high school areas, as well as, a mental health setting which implemented a team approach to care including psychiatrists, nurses, and psychotherapists. I have gained valuable experience in treating various disorders, as well as issues within families. Although I have worked in a variety of settings, my goal has remained constant: do all I can to encourage people to feel valued, to know they are cared about, and to feel empowered to act from their own inner wisdom. My office is located in an easily accessed area of Tuscaloosa, on 7th Street close to University Boulevard. The building and facilities are handicapped accessible, with convenient parking. My passion and commitment is to help individuals and families navigate through difficult times in their life using Christian principals. I respect the strength it takes to ask for and receive help. My goal is to help you find the best path to deal with life's difficulties.
