I primarily work with adults, teens and children who are interested in self growth for the purpose of finding greater enjoyment in their life and relationships. I have experience and work with a variety of identities and issues such as, anxiety, depression, life changes, trauma and autism. My hope would be to work with your specific goals and intentions to find a path forward that feels informed and guided by my expertise but ultimately rooted in your goals and intentions. I have experience working with all types of people and issues. I have an eclectic background of training and expertise including many non-traditional therapy modalities.
