It can be difficult to find a therapist who truly understand the impact and wounds of being raised in a home or being in a relationship with someone who has narcissistic and borderline traits. My work includes creating a healthy psychological separation, changing the negative internal messages, learning how to respond to others, creating healthy boundaries, stopping the legacy of distorted love and becoming your true and authentic self. I provide support and hope for women as they travel through life's many transitions. Issues addressed include pregnancy, motherhood, body image, relationship changes, anxiety and healing from past trauma and abuse. I work with adult children of narcissistic, borderline and emotionally immature parents. Through the development of a safe and nurturing relationship, together we can create healthy patterns, strengthen relationships, end self-doubt and build confidence. Some issues addressed include establishing healthy boundaries and healing from gaslighting.
