I have a passion for working with youth and adults struggling with mental health, especially those experiencing crises and/or are part of an underserved community. It is my goal to provide a safe space for all clients utilizing warmth, genuineness, and unconditional support. I have worked with adolescents and adults from a trauma-informed perspective struggling with childhood trauma, suicidality, self-harm behaviors, depression, anxiety, and identity development. You are the expert of your life and through collaboration, we can explore the stories that make you who you are and who you hope to be. I can assist you in uncovering your strengths, values, and beliefs that shape the narratives we believe about ourselves and their impact on our actions and relationships.
