Depression, anxiety, divorce/relationship issues, trauma, family crisis, & many other issues can slowly chip away at our self-worth, our sense of belonging, our hope. I have advanced training in EMDR therapy, which focuses on trauma work.I am also trained in Relational Life Therapy, a couples' therapy created by Terry Real (author of "The New Rules of Marriage"). I often work with clients dealing with loss, such as death of a loved one, divorce, or other major life transition. I worked for 10+ years with children doing individual & family counseling and multi-systemic therapy.
