I am passionate about working with those who have experienced betrayal trauma, sexual addiction, substance abuse, and families that are affected by addiction. I work with people that are struggling with anxiety, boundaries, codependency, self-esteem, and core beliefs. I truly desire to help people discover who they were created to be and live life to the fullest. I am in the process of completing my Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT) training with a focus on partners of sex/porn addicts. I also have experience in working with people who struggle with alcohol and substance abuse and their family members. I am trained in brainspotting which I find to be extremely helpful to people who have experienced trauma. I know that it can be a vulnerable and scary experience to walk into a counseling office and share difficult things. My desire is to warmly welcome you and give you a safe space to begin to heal.
