Hi! I’m Cindy, a therapist in Murfreesboro, TN. I love working with kids and adults when life gets messy. As humans we are created to have a wide range of emotions but sometimes we get stuck in a way of thinking, feeling & behaving that’s unhealthy or downright destructive. Add stress & trauma to the mix and life gets overwhelming pretty quickly. I am fascinated with the power of human connection and how adaptable the brain is.
