I believe that everyone is the expert on themselves, but at times this expertise can be difficult to harness due to the curveballs life often throws our way. My approach is empathetic, flexible, non-judgmental with a dash of humor, and some occasional colorful language. I can also be very direct when needed. Utilizing both trauma-informed and attachment-based perspectives, I will collaborate with you on discovering that expertise. I am passionate about diversity and inclusion which allows me to honor the unique needs of everyone who grants me the privilege of joining them on their journey. I work with individuals 18+ and am especially passionate about supporting couples (monogamous and non) explore various issues including sex and intimacy, gender identity, life transitions, relationship issues, and anxiety. While my approach to therapy is eclectic I especially appreciate CBT, Relational, and Emotion-focused methods. I also do brainspotting. I look forward to joining you on your journey.
