I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor in Florida, who believes in providing clients a safe space to fully express themselves while gaining clarity. For the past 5 years, I have been working with adults and adolescents, who need assistance with depression, anxiety, stress, and anger management. My goal is to collaboratively work with individuals on their treatment goals. That will be the priority throughout treatment. In order to create lasting change, I believe we must first create awareness into what we are experiencing and why. I utilize the best therapy modalities that meet the client's individual needs. My goal is to provide a supportive healing environment where we can look at patterns and work to create solutions. My main goal is to help individuals find hope, decrease anxiety, and find a greater truth to their values and what they stand for in life.
