I am here to help you build the life you are excited to live. I have experience working with adolescents and adults of all ages and genders. I have helped my clients work through problems with depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, thoughts of death and suicide, anger, as well as just dealing with the day-to-day stressors that wear us down. I use evidence-based practices to help clients feel comfortable and accepted in session. I also use these approaches to help client devise/meet treatment goals as well as process and deal with any barriers to those goals. If you're feeling stuck, you aren't alone.
