In our current climate we rely more and more on our devices to be the means in which we communicate. As a result we encounter more conflict with decreasing levels of satisfaction and fulfillment. We also are noticing decreased levels of social comfort. In general, life is significantly more complicated. I’m here to help guide you. My training and years of experience focuses on relationships and personal development. I provide services for individual adults and children, couples and family therapy, parent-child therapy. In addition I provide workplace relationship counseling, career and professional development counseling, and executive and management coaching.
