Hello! I am Mandy and it is my goal to meet my clients where they are. I am aware that therapy is a big step for many individuals, and as your therapist, I want to be the one who helps you take those steps in the right direction. It is my goal to help you emotionally understand the events that you have gone through that may be impacting your mental, physical, and spiritual health. Once we understand how each of these areas impact the others, we can work to maintain a well-balanced life! I received both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Social Work from the University of North Dakota. I have worked with clients in settings such as: domestic violence, mental health, addictions, general care, and hospital transition care. I am informed in Motivational Interviewing, DBT, CBT, and I am Trauma Informed. I also plan to be trained in EMDR in 2024. I am currently accepting clients ages 16+ who reside in either North Dakota or Minnesota.
