My focus is in providing clients an opportunity to create better connection with themselves and those around them. I work with both couples and individuals, taking part in their journey by providing a new perspective, asking the hard questions, and helping people understand the habitual patterns they get stuck in. My role is collaborative as we discuss sensitive topics that are hard to explore outside of therapy such as sex, gender, communication, addiction, intimacy and trauma. I welcome the opportunity to provide you with a safe and engaging environment to explore new ways of coping. I'm trained in working with couples and I have an array of relationship modalities that I use. I also incorporate IFS/parts work and neurobiology into my practice as well as Brainspotting. I enjoy learning new ways of bringing healing into my work with clients and facilitating new ways for couples and individuals to be more authentic in their life. There's not a "one size fits all" approach to therapy, so appreciating everyone's individual journey is important to me.
