Welcome to my profile! My goals are to help clients navigate difficult seasons of life, manage complex emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and live a meaningful life. My specialties include trauma, life stressors, depression disorders, anxiety disorders, and support for those navigating sexual orientation and/or gender identity. I'm currently accepting new clients ages 5+. I accept BCBS, Aetna, and Cigna insurances. Coming soon, I will be in-network with CBHA.
