I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My goal is to help individuals and families restore hope by finding their pathway to resilience and restoring balance in their lives. I am passionate about caring for those in need and honored to be a part of their journey toward healing. My areas of specialty are working with children, teens, and adults, specifically those with a trauma history, grief and loss, anxiety disorders, depression, low self-esteem, and ADHD. Techniques I specialize in include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing(EMDR), Brainspotting, Grief Processing, and Strength-based interventions. My treatment philosophy is that the most successful interventions and outcomes include working collaboratively with clients and their families to identify a treatment plan and approach that works best for them.
