I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and art therapist with over seven years of experience working with a diverse patient population. As a current coach and athlete, I understand the psychological factors that can impede an athlete's performance. I have a passion for working with athletes and helping them overcome difficulties that may be affecting their sports performance. I also believe in the power of creativity as a tool for healing and personal growth. I often use art and other forms of creative expression in my therapy sessions, as well as talk therapy to help clients explore the root causes of their challenges. I have experience working with a diverse patient population from adolescence to older adults from multicultural backgrounds. My specialties include sports performance issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, attachment, LGBTQIA, and women's issues. I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all of my clients, regardless of their background or life experience. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to process thoughts and feelings & work collaboratively.
