I have gained a grounded sense of self, which enables me to integrate cultural differences. I have a great desire to work with immigrants to help them create stability, empowerment and more fulfilling experiences. Our body is a storehouse of conscious and unconscious memories. Through the body we can provide access to traumatic experiences that have been repressed over time, as well as those more easily recalled.
