Therapy with me is not advice driven or driven by old school ideologies. Therapy with me is unique, colorful, and can be fun. It's exploring that box that you've hidden away deep inside of yourself that has a slow leak which is affecting you negatively. its dismantling the idea of you and becoming your true self! Honestly you will be challenged and uncomfortable at times; growth can not occur in comfort. This space is safe, non-judgmental, and you have power and control; you have permission to be free.
