Making the decision to prioritize personal growth through therapy is both courageous and admirable. As a systemic therapist, I recognize the value of relationships and secure attachment. I incorporate CBT, EFT and mindfulness techniques; however, I work collaboratively with clients to tailor treatment to their unique needs. To cultivate a valuable and fulfilling therapeutic experience, I foster open communication within a non-judgmental environment. For your convenience, I offer daytime and evening appointments.
