As a practitioner of CBT, Depth Psychology, Play Therapy, somatic therapy, mindfulness and much more it is my belief that our inner and outer lives need equal attention. My work is with children, adolescents and adults however, I have a great passion for working with children and believe that supporting their needs acts as preventative medicine for the world, providing them tools to become healthy adults. Additionally, I work to integrate physical health and nutrition into my therapy practice by connecting clients with practitioners that support client holistic well-being. Having worked as a School Counselor for Independent Schools here in Los Angeles. My work has included working with the individual needs of children from 5 to 18 and their families. My focus with children has been supporting anxiety, understanding and relating to highly sensitive children as well as the myriad of adjustments children experience. I currently have space available for individual therapy clients, Integrative Therapy, School based Consulting as well as Parent Education. I work with clients on the Westside of Los Angeles, the South Bay and virtually.
