I graduated from the University of South Dakota with my Master of Social Work degree. Throughout my career I have enjoyed working with a variety of clients and have experience with children, adolescents and adults in group, couples and individual therapy. My career has given me the opportunity to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings along with providing telehealth therapy services to individuals across SD. I certified in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and have provided DBT in individual and group format. I work with clients on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, emotional intensity, bipolar disorder, trauma, and grief. I also have experience working with couples and individuals to address interpersonal difficulties. The most rewarding part of therapy for me is helping clients realize their own strengths and capacity to make healthy changes in their lives.
