In addition to helping people cope with mental health disorders, I have extensive formal training in the gold standard treatments for PTSD, Substance Use Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, and much more. In school, my emphasis was working with Children and Families. I started my professional career as an active-duty military psychologist. Since then, I have worked in clinics that specialize in chemical dependency, gambling addiction, primary care mental health, general mental health and more. I pride myself on ethical evidence based practices. I have experience working with people of all ages and with over twelve years of experience as a psychologist, I will work collaboratively with you to help you win any battles you face.
