WELCOME! Life has become extremely uncertain and more difficult in every way! However, there is hope. If you are feeling stressed, anxious and scare this is a great time to reach out and find support. My goal as a therapist is to help you navigate through challenges, validate your feelings and emotions in a non-judgmental environment as we discover ways to relief those difficult moments. I have been working with individuals and families in the field for over twenty years in different settings. My work is helping individuals understand how they got where they are and explore their options. I offer in person and online sessions in English and Spanish. My therapeutic approach includes CBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focus, Strength Based. It's ok to feel anxious and nervous in confiding your personal history to someone else.
