Why therapy? I believe that we all reach places in our lives where we need to slow down and reconnect with ourselves. At times therapy can feel like an essential human need - a place to go when you need to feel understood, supported and cared for. A strong therapeutic relationship can be one of the most important and unique relationships in your life. My goal is to work together to help you feel empowered and capable of change. Lets explore the patterns that may be holding you back and help you move forward! I have a warm and relaxed style and believe in creating a safe space where compassion, support and humour can live. I received my Masters from Columbia University and am a NY Licensed Psychotherapist and certified SIFI instructor. I also have training in Sex Therapy and Perinatal and Postpartum Therapy. I believe in an integrative and eclectic approach that incorporates a variety of modalities. I strive to maintain a flexible and communicative environment, so that as individuals needs change, so will our work together. I focus on adults and couples, in addition to supervising other therapists working towards their credentialing.
