My approach to therapy is interactive, and eclectic. Our work together will help you unlock obstacles which keep you tied to old patterns and ineffective strategies. We'll work together to empower you with the tools you need to create healing, health and hope. Areas of specialty include couples work, relationship skills, anxiety and depression, life transitions such as grief and loss, stress management, gambling disorder, and trauma related cases such as domestic violence, physical and/or sexual abuse, and many other issues. I provide a safe nonjudgmental environment. Services are offered in English and/or Spanish.
